Our shipping policy has a processing time of 3-5 business days. Day 1 is the day after the order is received. Tracking numbers are emailed when processing is complete and your order is headed to the shipping carrier. If at any reason your product is delayed you will be notified via email.
Business days are Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Allow 2 extra days for processing after a holiday. We do not ship packages on weekends. Shipping ranges from 1-3 business days, depending on your location.
Your address MUST be correct at checkout. If there is an issue with the shipping address we will send you 1 email to correct the issue, if there is no response within 24 hours your order will be canceled and refunded. There will be a 25% restocking fee and shipping cost taken out of your refund. Your order would have already been packaged and prepared for shipment if there wasn't an address issue, therefore a restocking fee is applied to the refund.
We can NOT guarantee that your order will arrive unaffected by the weather. Melting is a possibility during transit. We advise prompt removal of your package from the delivery location. If your product does melt in transit, allow it to naturally solidify at room temperature and use as directed. Keep products away from direct sunlight and hot areas to prevent melting.
We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will provide confirmation of your package shipping date and last checkpoint provided by the shipping carrier. We will also provide the carrier's contact information for the customer to further investigate.
There are no returns/exchanges due to sanitation! All of our products are hand inspected to ensure our product quality before shipment. All sales are FINAL.

You must ensure your shipping information is correct PRIOR to finalizing your order. We are not liable for an incorrect address! If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, the order will be refunded (shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee will be taken out of refund amount) once it is physically in our possession.
Damaged/ Lost/ Stolen Product
We are not liable for any damaged/lost/stolen items. However, please contact us via email @ indigenousallure@gmail.com You will have 24 hours from delivery to email photos and videos of the damage. After receiving the email the situation will be assessed to find a solution if there is one for your situation.
